COMMUNITY SERVICE COUNCIL

Maternal mortality is unfortunately one of the many social problems that my home state of Oklahoma faces as a community. Matthew produced this short documentary with the Community Service Council of Tulsa to bring awareness about the high death rates to communities and the state legislature so that measures could be implemented to combat the factors causing the alarming rate of maternal deaths.
